Registration Submission Ways

1) All participants should submit the registration form to the following Registration Officer by fax.

(Fax Number) 81+3+3400-0131. (81 is a contry code of Japan.)

2) If you use bank transfer for your registration payment, you are also requested to fax the copies of APPLICATION FOR REMITTANCE and STATEMENT OF REMITTANCE on your bank transfer toward the following bank account, to the Registration Office.
