The Conference was
terminated. The Organizers greatly appreciate the UN and ILO presentations
of the international regulation perspectives to the world.
It was
concluded that the current World status has enlarged 3 times of the income
gap between rich people and poor people during the past 4 decades. In 1960,
the gap was 30:1, and in 2000, the gap was up to 80:1. The poor population
is growing in our planet, and the health and safety are getting worse day
by day. Developing the new international risk management strategies in health
and safety are the most urgent topic for the sustainable world. --- July 1,
