Under a Specific Theme

Application

Those who wish to plan and host an international academic conference (symposium, seminar, workshop, etc.) on a specific theme organized by IARMM should submit the relevant documents as outlined below.

The proposal will be reviewed by the MSPO Board of Directors of the IARMM Collaborative.

Documents to be Submitted

1. Proposal

Name, affiliation, title, address, email address, and telephone number, Conference theme, purpose, duration, location, target audience, and number of participants

2. Action plan

including your name, proposed theme

3. Attach a curriculum vitae (Form 1)

Implementation Procedure

1. The organizers of the academic conference will consist of the proposer and two MSPO international directors.
2. Organizing Secretariat:
   As the IARMM secretariat, the organization will be responsible for: Creation of the academic conference website, global public relations (distribution of 300,000 emails, advantageous advertising), poster creation, presentation registration, participation fee collection, receipt issuance, creation and distribution of abstracts, creation of lecture video website, preparation of the ZOON online website, creation and printing of participation certificates, preparation of income and expenditure reports, communication with speakers, on-site management, etc.

Qualifications for Proposers

1. Must be under 65 years of age during the conference period.
2. Must be an IARMM regular member or an MSPO International Council member at the time of proposal adoption.
